Delivery

We deliver within Finland. We confirm the delivery method and the estimated delivery time by email when we confirm your order.

Delivery time depends on the stock status of the product. Products in stock are usually dispatched faster than products ordered in separately.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the products and on the delivery address. We confirm the delivery costs before confirming the order. Delivery costs are stated including value added tax.

Payment methods

Online payment is not yet available. An order is placed as an order request, and we confirm the payment method by email. Sending an order request does not oblige you to pay.

When online payment is introduced, the payment options will be updated on this page.

Prices and value added tax

Prices are shown to consumers including value added tax by default. Business customers can switch the price display to prices excluding VAT using the switch at the top of the page. The VAT rate is 25.5 %.

Receipt and transport damage

Check the shipment when you receive it. If the packaging or the product has been damaged in transit, note the damage on the consignment note and contact us as soon as possible.

Business customers

Delivery and payment terms for business customers can be agreed separately. Contact us if you need a quote for a larger quantity.
