Data controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of the web shop. Contact details can be found on the Contact page.

What data we collect

We collect the data you provide when sending an order request, the contact form or an availability notification request: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and, for business customers, the company name, business ID and VAT number.

We also process data related to the order, such as the ordered products and the order total.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process data to handle and deliver orders and quote requests (performance of a contract), to provide customer service (legitimate interest), to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation) and to send availability notifications (consent).

Analytics is used only if you have given your consent in the cookie banner.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing. Accounting records are kept for the period required by the Accounting Act. Availability notification requests are deleted once the notification has been sent.

Disclosure of data

We disclose data only where necessary to fulfil an order, for example to a carrier or a payment service provider. We use service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Requests can be sent to the email address stated on the Contact page. If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
