Terms and conditions
This page is a draft that has not yet had a legal review.
Scope
These terms apply to orders and sales made through this web shop. Consumer sales are also governed by the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Ordering and formation of the contract
An order placed in the web shop is an order request. The contract is formed when we have confirmed the order by email. In the confirmation we state the final price, delivery costs, delivery time and payment method.
We reserve the right not to confirm an order if a product has sold out, there is an obvious error in the price or the order details are incomplete.
Prices
Prices are stated in euros. Consumers are shown prices including value added tax. Prices may change without separate notice, but a confirmed order is subject to the price stated in the confirmation.
Delivery and payment
Delivery and payment methods are described on the Delivery and payment page. Title to the product passes when it has been paid for in full.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product. Further information and cancellation instructions are on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.
Faults and complaints
If a product is faulty, notify us within a reasonable time. In consumer sales we follow the liability for defects provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty under the manufacturer's terms.
Installation and use
Electrical equipment and solar power systems may be installed only by a qualified electrical professional. Follow the installation and operating instructions supplied with the product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from a fault in a product or a delay in delivery. This limitation does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Dispute resolution
The contract is governed by Finnish law. A consumer may bring a dispute before the Consumer Disputes Board. Other disputes are settled amicably in the first instance and otherwise in a court of general jurisdiction.
