Consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to cancel an order placed by distance selling without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If the order consists of several products delivered separately, the period begins when the last product is received.

How to cancel

Notify us of the cancellation in writing, for example by email, before the withdrawal period expires. State your name, the order number and the products you are cancelling.

We will confirm that we have received the cancellation and give instructions for returning the product.

Returning the product

Return the product without delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation. The product must be in its original packaging and in the best possible condition. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product unless otherwise agreed.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product if the value has fallen because the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.

Refund

We refund the amounts paid no later than 14 days after we have received the cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or have received proof that it has been returned.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for products made or modified to the consumer's specifications or clearly intended for a specific person. Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.

Faulty products and complaints

If a product is faulty, notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault. In cases of faults we follow the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Include the order number, a description of the fault and, if necessary, photos.
